We offer three spaces for parties at our location.

Option 1: Pizza Rio Patio or Full Restaurant

This is the indoor/outdoor patio space that offers a retractable roof, and thick mesh walls that come down and prevent rain/ wind/ sun from affecting guests. The patio is also fully heated with ceiling propane heaters. The patio Seats 48. The inside seats 40. It’s important to recognize that while the patio is heated and protected, it is FULLY outside. The cost structure for this space varies based on time of year, week, and day.

Option 2: The Boathouse Front Room. This newly redesigned space is completely indoors and in the original portion of the building. This room has three large TVs, and its own bar making it perfect for exclusive parties. Seats up to 70. The cost structure for this space varies based on time of year, week, and day.

Option 3: The river patio at the boathouse.

This indoor-outdoor space that hangs over the water and has two large glass garage doors that could be opened or closed depending on your guest's desires and the weather. Seats over 40 with the doors closed, seats 65 with the doors open. The cost structure for this space varies based on time of year, week, and day.

For Catering orders off of our menu for groups up to 50, we require a 24 hours notice for your catering delivery. For parties larger than this, or for special orders, we require a two week prior notice. In some circumstances, we may be able to accommodate larger group or special requests on a shorter timeline, but it is not guaranteed.

Your catering order will be delivered in disposable aluminum banquet dishes, and will include serving utensils. We offer additional services such as disposable dishware and utensils, linens, chaffing dishes, and full service. If any of this interests you, please specify with your catering sales representative.

Option 1 is to use our website, salidacatering.com to create your order. Our large dishes are designed for 20-25 people, and our small dishes are designed for 6-8 people. For example, if your party was 30 people, then you could order one large dish, and one small dish. This would feed between 26 and 34. Option 2 is to contact us via our online form and a sales representative will get in touch with you regarding the specifics of your event. We recommend this method for larger groups, special requests, and if you want the event both catered and served.

Our catering menu is separated into large trays, which serve 20-25 people, and small trays which serve 6-8 people. Our appetizer portions are designed to operate as appetizers, and out entree portions are designed to operate as a full meal. If you are doing, apps, salads, and an entree, you should consider getting a slightly smaller amount of entree or plan on having leftovers.

We deliver to the greater Salida area. What does that mean? If you are withing a 30 minute drive of downtown Salida, your delivery will be included for free. For areas beyond that we will add a deliver fee to your order in accordance with the extra drive time. Areas outside of an hour from downtown Salida may be considered, but are not guaranteed.

For general delivery, there is not minimum fee. If you are interested in hosting an event in our space then you will be required to pay a room fee, as well as meet a minimum food and beverage spend. This amount varies based on the time of day, week, and year.

No. Our catering menu is a direct reflection of the delicious food and great deals that we offer at our restaurants. We simply take out in-house portions and pricing and bring those to life in a larger format.

We recommend chaffing dishes for extended food service hours to keep food warm longer. We also recommend chaffing dishes for higher-end events as they offer a boost to your ambience and food presentation.

We recommend adding service to your event if you want to do passed appetizers, table service, or have someone monitoring the food line. Servers will also add an element of classiness to your event.
